NEXT’s National Education Conference 2016

NEXT Financial Group Inc. (NEXT) hosts the National Education Conference (NEC) to provide our Representatives with new tools to grow their businesses. The 2016 NEC will pave the route to success through creating opportunities for our advisors to network and share their success stories at the classic Palmer House Hotel in Chicago, Illinois from April 27 – May 1.

Victoria de la Garza, Director of Corporate Events

NEXT Representatives who attend the conference will receive exposure to insightful keynote speakers, innovative marketing strategies and presentations from our Preferred Partners, all within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile.

Do not miss out on your chance to become inspired by this city full of sophistication and history. For additional information, read below for answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the NEC from the Director of Corporate Events, Victoria De La Garza.

1. What educational credits will I be able to receive at the 2016 NEC?

We are excited to announce that similarly to last year, all attendees at this year’s NEC will receive the required Firm Element Continuing Education credits as well as the Annual Compliance Meeting and Anti-Money Laundering credits by attending a few specific sessions. This will allow our Representatives the opportunity to learn while receiving the needed accreditation to properly serve their clients.

2. What are the costs associated with the NEC?

  • The registration fee for the conference is $495, which includes a complimentary four-night stay at the Palmer House Hotel.
  • Anyone who wishes to stay additional nights at the Palmer House Hotel will be charged the standard fee of $189 per night.
  • Representatives who wish to bring guests may do so for a fee of $495 per person which includes admission to scheduled meals as well as conference activities.
  • Attendees must cover their own air fare, and NEXT will have a complimentary Shuttle Service available to transport individuals to and from O’Hare Airport. If you will be flying into Midway Airport, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange specific transportation for you and your party.
  • NEXT invites you to take your free time to enjoy the sights around this wonderful city! Although we wish we could provide you discounted rates for some of the attractions, we are unable to do so. However, we highly suggest the Chicago CityPASS to experience the sites at a lower rate.

3. What have some of the attendees from past years said about the NEC?

NEXT is committed to providing our Representatives with avenues for success during their time at the NEC. We are proud of the positive feedback we receive year-after-year, and we are continually looking for ways to add value to the highly-anticipated, annual event. Here is what some of our past attendees have had to say about the NEC:

The highlight of the NEC is getting to visit with the other Reps and share client experiences and how the other vendors’ products could enhance my business model, said NEXT Representative Kenneth Thornton. Love the several days together with the Home Office folks, vendor reels and all of our NEXT Friends.

Still not convinced? Hear from a few more of our Reps about why the NEC is an event not to miss!
