On September 24, 2015, Rep. Magazine will host the Wealth Management Industry Awards in New York City, and NEXT Financial Group, Inc. (“NEXT”) is a triple-nominated finalist for the categories transition support, practice management and service.
More than 150 firms submitted nominations, and 10 were chosen to represent the Broker-Dealer (Fewer Than 1,000 Advisors) category. NEXT was the only firm to take three nominations.
Our nominations are each linked to an initiative or program that helps to elevate advisors’ experiences with NEXT. Read more about each of these initiatives below and learn how our firm supports Representatives in building their businesses their way.
The Commitment to Excellence (“CTE”) Committee is dedicated to seeking out new and innovative ways to add value to NEXT’s advisors’ experience. This group is comprised of some of NEXT’s most engaged employees who met monthly and develop outreach efforts to keep the Home Office morale high and continuously improve service to our Representatives.
Some of the most successful projects that have come as a direct result of CTE Committee participation include:
The transitions team at NEXT has helped hundreds of Representatives integrate smoothly into our firm.
Whether they are seasoned advisors, transitioning from a different industry or are just beginning their careers in financial services, our Business Development Department is there every step of the way.
Our incredible transitions team also helps NEXT’s Representatives with division recruiting, succession and acquisition planning and building their books of business.
The Essential Lessons for Investment Training Excellence (“ELITE”) Program is one of NEXT’s newest and most exciting initiatives to date. The program is our solution to the growing industry need to bring new professionals into the financial services field.
In the last two years, the ELITE Program has helped many of our Representatives hire on and train up-and-coming advisors while helping to get them acquainted with our back office systems.
